Sporcle

I presented today on Sporcle. It's a free online trivia game tool. Timed quizzes can be done on various topics. I've really had fun with it over the years. It gets pretty intense when your time is running out and you're trying to think of answers that you feel you should know! For several years, I've thought that I should create some of my own Sporcle quizzes for class. Kids could take the quizzes individually, in small groups, or as an entire class. Students have even encouraged me to do it when I've shared the site with them. But then other more pressing matters get in the way and I am yet to create my first quiz. With this class, I am going to make a goal to create three Sporcle quizzes! I want to make some changes with my class anyway. It only makes sense for me to incorporate this web tool into my "tool box". http://www.sporcle.com/

A new beginning

Today is my first day with the Reboot Camp. I am excited about all of the new opportunities that will present themselves as I go through this process. I created this blog as a way of documenting my progress!
